Dale Chihuly with Plastic: A not so Elementary exploration.

An elementary school took plastic from the beach and created a Dale chahully inspired glass artwork in garden. Located at Del-Mar post office garden. Relating back to our previous post on Surfriders Massive Beach clean up on a couple weeks back where large groups of LA students helped to clean up the coast infront of Los Angeles this is a another great way of getting kids involved in a hands on approach,which to me seems to be the only way kids will truely take notice to the effects plastics and pollution in general is having on our enviroment. The Kids at this elementary collected plastics from local beachs and created visually stunning garden show.
