Pancakes and booze: LA art show

Friend of slyde kaxs custom art will be showing some of his amazing art at the Los Angeles venue of Pancakes and booze.  Established in May of 2009, The Pancakes & Booze Art Show has been sweeping the nation with a whirlwind of emergering and undergound artists! Shows now in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Nashville, Minneapolis, Atlanta, & Denver!

I you like me was wondering Why the pancakes and booze!? so i did some investigation and found this buried in an sf gate cronicle article Tom Kirlin, creator and coordinator of "Pancakes and Booze." Two years ago, Kirlin was feeling burned out from long hours as a cameraman for TV and film productions when he found an idea that worked. Pancakes have always been a part of his life. His dad used to make them every Sunday morning. IHOP was always the first place he went after raucous nights of college drinking. He started the two-night art show in Los Angeles and soon took it on the road. He's now flipped pancakes for the masses in at least six cities around the country, including Nashville, Minneapolis and, of course, San Francisco. "Pancakes really have nothing to do with the artwork. It's just two things that I love," said Kirlin.

so there you go if you didnt know about this event now you do It sound ssick so get you asses down there asap!
