This Video shows the importance of keeping fit and flexible for your sport from rock climbing to surfing and in this instance surfing. Surfing especially requires you to be ready for anything the ocean can throw at you. I was surfing Maroubra in Australia in 2000 and tore a ligament in my knee and it was directly related to the fact that I was doing no stretching or any creditable fitness regime and this vid shows us exactly how things are moving forward in Surfing to as far more professional approach. Young Groms these days are keeping fit and following strict fitness regimes like never before.
