Surf Training with Matt Griggs
After being out the water for nearly two months due to a rotator cuff injury, obtained while trying to launch myself off a steep bank on Mt Baldy using only my shoulder and face to cushion the landing. I have been looking for good ways to get back into shape for surfing. Mostly due to the fact that I thought I was going to cough up a lung the first time I tried to paddle out.
