"With Body Surfing you don't take anything for granted! You ride the wave as far as you can, you don't kick out because the barrel stopped. You realize how much room there is out there, even with all the people." Kelly Slater

"We as a species are connected to the ocean. All living thing come from the ocean. Body Surfing is a chance to get back to your roots, It's the ability to feel the energy." Laird Hamilton

The Go Pro - Slyde experiment!!

Snv30003

I wouldn't recommend self installation on your own board but that being said it isn't impossible. Although you might want to consider mixing the epoxy correctly the first time then you wont have to start from scratch again lol. In any event this was simply a prototype that will be placed in our next round of Boards. The FCS center fin plug Is by far the safest option to mount your Go-Pro to the front of your Board. By safest I mean not watching your $300  camera sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Also it looks great. The other option is to use the Go Pro Hero surf stick on installation,  but we think its a little bulky and not as "cool" looking. so the Slyde pro wedge and Grommet will both have an option to have the FCS center fin plug installed to accommodate  your need to be the Surf hero in your next sick video which you will be able to Share on our website
