February 25th is the first ever YOGATHON in Santa Monica.
Cancer Support Community-Benjamin Center is delighted to be holding the Westside’s first ever YOGATHON! Their yoga classes are some of the best attended of their cancer support programs, and they offer seven yoga classes a week, all free of charge for people impacted by cancer. It makes sense that they honor this ancient mind-body practice which brings us all so much benefit in this fast paced, busy modern world of ours!In exchange for your fundraising efforts, they offer you a complete YOGATHON Training Program with weekly group practices, a schedule of how often and when to practice to prepare for the event, tips and tools on yoga, meditation, nutrition and general wellbeing — as well as support in raising your funds. The day of the event will be spectacular! The 6-hour YOGATHON will be held at Naam Yoga at their beautiful, new and expansive studio space in Santa Monica, CA (
