Our return policy is simple: We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for all unused boards and products in original packaging

Defective Products

We love our product and know you will too, we want you to have as much fun as we do riding them. We guarantee our board models against manufacturer defects with a policy of repair or replacement. For all purchases made at other retailers please see their specific return policy as we are not responsible for their returns policies. Reasons for returns

  • Defective workmanship.
  • Defective materials.
  • Defective components.

Guarantee conditions

Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by:

  • Extreme wear.
  • Abuse of product.
  • Disregard for the product care instructions
  • Third-party alterations made to product.
  • Feeding it to your dog.
  • Mishandling by airlines or third-party shipping companies.

Slyde Handboard 25% off Program

If you break your board for any reason outside of the normal guarantee conditions, at anytime, we will give you a 25% discount on a brand spank'n new one just for being a loyal Slyder. So go ahead drop it on the concrete, throw it at your brother's head, we have your back on a replacement. keep in mind the board you have may be outta stock so you may have to wait or choose another style.

Return Conditions

Please note guarantee does not include returning it 10 months later because you don't like it anymore. We are a small family run business, not a Costco please choose your board carefully and enjoy it for a lifetime. We do not cover damage from abuse and severe impacts (such as dropping your handboard on cement). Your board MAY NOT SURVIVE A SEVERE IMPACT FROM DROPPING THE HANDBOARD. Our handboards are designed to shred, not to be used as a Frisbee. CUSTOM ORDERS We cannot refund custom orders unless due to a manufacturers defect.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DAMAGED PRODUCT IS COVERED?

Slyde guarantees workmanship and materials including but not limited to board seams, screw inserts, Velcro, straps, and buttons for a product’s lifetime. All damaged products are subject to evaluation by Slyde customer service. If the damage is deemed to be covered by our guarantee, but determined to be irreparable, we may replace the product or send a gift card for the most recent price of the product. Slyde will only cover the return shipping and only for domestic shipping for the product repair/replacement process.

WHAT DOES NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR” OR “NORMAL USE”  MEAN?

After lots of time outside, the colors may turn lighter. You might have some wax residue there may be blemishes and scratches. Rock cuts, dings all superficial damage.  These are examples of normal wear and tear; not defective workmanship or materials. If they describe your Slyde product, we are stoked for you! You have used your board for what it is meant. Your Slyde handboard looks best used not stuck in the garage making it uniquely yours and reflecting time well spent.

WHAT IF I HAVE A DAMAGED SLYDE ITEM OR BOARD THAT I PURCHASED FROM ONE OF YOUR AUTHORIZED RETAILERS?

Color

We cannot guarantee that colors styles on the website are fully equivalent to the items´ actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
